Senior Solicitor - Residential Property - East Sussex Coast - £50K+

A local firm forming part of the established wider Brighton & Hove legal community require the addition of a Senior Solicitor to join a very busy residential department. The firm are a trusted name with excellent knowledge and understanding of the local market, they never have any issue with incoming business and have a continuous and very healthy pipeline of work.

As a the Senior Residential Property Solicitor you should have exemplary knowledge of all aspects of the conveyancing process and residential property law and it's practice and the requirements of lenders. You will have full and in depth understanding of the SRA Rules and Code of Conduct along with excellent client care, case management, communication and organisation with ideally management skills too.

You should be able to embrace a busy caseload and have oversight of a small but very efficient team delivering on deadlines and balancing priorities to coordinate work and effectively meet targets. You should be a personable individual and keen to provide advice and the benefit of your expertise to junior fee earners allowing them to further their own professional expertise, adding to the success and reputation of the team and the practice overall.

The firm provide a great environment to work in and the atmosphere is very much a non-corporate one, it will provide a great opportunity for you to play a key role and have influence on the firm and it's future success and prosperity. The office is based in a great high street location also.
