Senior Software Developer

Salary: £45k to £55K - Maidstone (KENT)

This desirable role in a fast paced, rapidly expanding Insurance provider has recently become available. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is used to delivering high quality software solutions against extremely tight deadlines and who has vast, proven commercial experience

You will be responsible for writing applications and services. Following best practices and SOLID principles will be part of your DNA. You will have a strong work ethic and be a natural team player. Ideally, you will be comfortable to follow a day to day scrum process and coding conventions and standards, plus demonstrate a solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.

You will split your time between working on existing and new software products. 80% of your time is dedicated to greenfield projects. This offers opportunities for you to learn and improve your already refined skills with great learning tools like Pluralsight. Who wouldn't want an opportunity like this!

A Strong technical understanding of the following is required:

  • C#
  • Web services (Restful and SOAP)
  • Software Design Patterns
  • HTML
  • JavaScript
  • CSS


  • In-depth understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Angular JS
  • Continuous Integration tools
  • Windows Server Configuration
  • Typescript
