Our client, who are a large global property company, are looking for a Senior Site Sales Consultant to join their team based in Kingston. On a day to day basis, the Senior Site Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling units from the luxury marketing suite. You will be expected to have thorough knowledge of the product and of each potential purchaser’s requirements to ensure you and the team achieve sales targets and sell units as profitably as possible.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Site Sales Negotiator within new homes or agency and will have strong sales and negotiating skills. Ideally you will already have knowledge of the prime new homes market and will be; proactive, well presented and professional with a helpful attitude. You will require excellent communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
