Do you want to work for a privately owned, design led developer? Do you want to work as part of a stable team where the Construction Director and Contracts Manager have both been with the company for over 10 years? Do you want to work to a realistic programme and deliver a product you will be proud of?
Working as a Site Manager for this privately owned developer you will soon realise that working for a smaller developer over a national PLC comes with many benefits. You will have realistic programmes and build at the right pace, you will have the correct level of support from Technical and Commercial Teams, you will not constantly be fire fighting issues with customers as you are given the time to do it right first time and you are not expected to work weekends.
Due to a new project starting we are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to work for an NHBC award winning regional house builder with a new site near Redhill. The site is traditional build and consists of only seven large detached houses. Site Managers will only be considered if they have a stable CV and have worked with other developers for a considerable length of time. Site Managers should live within 1 hr of Redhill, taking traffic into consideration.
In return you will be rewarded a market leading salary, car allowance and a bonus as well as other company benefits. In addition you will have the support of a successful and stable senior management team with prospects to be promoted in the future. The developer also boast generous build programmes and give their site teams the time to deliver a premium product.
