Fantastic opportunity for an experienced housing Project Manager for a large, private residential site in Cambridgeshire on behalf of our client, an established residential developer who work across East Anglia.

This is a brand new site and will be a flagship project as well as being one of our clients biggest sites to date so is imperative that applicants are of a senior level and have delivered projects of this magnitude before, work is due to start soon and will be of a high volume/premium spec traditional build

Our client are a well-respected and established developer based in East Anglia who over the years have built a reputation of excellence and as such have fantastic staff retention and are able to offer support and long term progression for anyone within the business.

Main duties:-

  • Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme, reporting any updates to Production Manager

  • Manage all aspects of the construction process, this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing top quality customer service.

  • Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high quality image

    It is vital that interested applicants have worked for a residential developer before as a number one site manager on a traditional build, volume housing site. You will also have either a construction related qualification or a trade background with up to date SMSTS, CSCS and first aid a minimum This is an opportunity to be involved in a very high profile project in the area and in return offers attractive salary/package as well as the opportunity for long-term career development.
