What you’ll do at Dairy Crest

  • Provide a proactive, supportive and professional PA service to the Site Director, including handling emails, opening and sorting post, travel arrangements and extensive diary management: To ensure the Site Director’s diary is well managed, prioritised, conflicts avoided and have all scheduled meetings planned well in advance

  • Manage the time and attendance system and ensure the weekly and monthly payroll is correct within the required timescales.

  • Provide administration support for the people management procedures and policies, this includes note taking for investigations/disciplinary meetings, attendance management and Occupational Heath referral support. Manage sickness absence recording and any other ad hoc and regular HR recording for Kirkby employees.

  • Internal Communications - organising & managing clear and timely communications through management of employee noticeboards. Organising key Kirkby events including Roadshows, off site meetings and ad hoc training.

  • Book meeting venues, accommodation and transport for Kirkby employees.

Who’s right for the role?

  • An experienced administrator with good people, planning, organising and note taking and report writing skills

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills

  • Proven experience of being able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally to the organisation

  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills.

  • The ability to Handle Confidential Information
