Senior Service Desk Analyst / Senior Helpdesk Support Analyst / 1st Line Desktop Analyst, with a good Service Desk / Helpdesk/ Desktop background of 1st Line Support, is required for a leading organisation based in Kingston Upon Thames, paying from £24 - 25k basic.

Working for a growing organisation on a busy IT Helpdesk / Service Desk, you will be the Senior Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Support Analyst and will be responsible for supporting almost 1000 internal and external customers and managed service accounts. Also in the non-attendance of the Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible as the Manager.

You will be required to have technical knowledge across various technologies. The role will be dealing with issues via a ticketing system, phone, email and face to face.

The position will include working mostly Microsoft technologies i.e. Windows Operating Systems, hardware and LAN/WAN Networking etc. and will require someone with the ability to travel to very local client sites.

Essential skills:

- Strong experience of working on an IT Service Desk / IT Helpdesk / IT Desktop Support Team

- Strong 1st line support experience

- The experience to act as the Senior Service Desk Analyst

- Windows support experience

- Excellent and 1st class customer service skills especially in a face to face capacity

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to travel to client sites - not extensive nor long travel

This position would suit an experienced 1st Line Desktop Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Support Analyst, with good experience of 1st line support on an IT Service Desk / Helpdesk.

This position is looking to start ASAP and will be paying from £24k - 25k basic.
