Our client is looking for a SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR to join their busy service team in a franchised motor dealershipin Edgware. Alongside your own customer facing role, you will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating the work of four colleagues. You will possess excellent customer service skills, be presentable, reliable and a dedicated team player. Good communication and IT skills are essential, as are being able to work on your own initiativeand prioritise your own workload.In this role, you will work closely with other senior staff to help lead and motivate the front of house team.The successful candidate must have previous experience in a dealership role and must be able to demonstrate a good work ethic, with a successful record of achievement. In return, they are offering a basic salary of £28,000, with realistic OTE of £36-38,000 plus all usual benefits.
