Our client is an established business, based on the outskirts of Derby. They are currently looking to appoint a Senior Secretary to provide business critical assistance to the MD as well as administrative support to the office in general. General duties will entail:
- Diary management
- Organising travel arrangements
- Managing the MD's expenses
- Compiling and preparing reports
- Meeting room management
- Manage holidays
- Correspondence management for the MD
- Reception duties
It is expected that the successful candidate will hold a full driving licence and will be able to demonstrate experience of working in a PA role. You should also be proficient in working with MS Office and possess excellent decision making ability and organisational skills.
