Key responsibilities include:
Manage the complex electronic diaries of several fee earners, booking appointments and meetings (internal & external)
Coordinate meetings and events, booking conference rooms, video conferencing, travel and refreshments
Manage and delegate email and postal correspondence, assessing the urgency levels and replying where possible to reduce work load of fee earners
Day to day administration such as photocopying, scanning and preparation tasks
Submit expense claims
Manage the in house document management system, keeping files up to date and accurate
Prepare meeting agendas as well as final presentation preparations using Microsoft packages (word and PowerPoint)
Assist with bid and pitch preparation and ad hoc projects
Applicants will have:
Previous experience as a secretary in a legal sector environment is described as desirable by our client
Ability to work within a team setting, supporting a number of different fee earners
Excellent communication skills
Strong planning and organisation skills
IT literate, confident using Microsoft packages and client management systems
