Leading Accountancy firm based in the city of London seek a Secretary to support Partners in the personal Tax group. You will work on an impressive client list - from multinational and growth-focused entrepreneurs to fashion icons. The variety

Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for allocated team of fee earners (Partners, Directors and
Build strong relationships with clients and their EA’s identifying opportunities to enhance the firms reputation.
Provide comprehensive diary management, using initiative to determine purpose, time required, resolve any
appointment conflicts, arrange meeting rooms and allow for travel time where appropriate.
Facilitate all travel arrangements and ensure all documentation is prepared in advance of meetings.
Proactive itinerary planning including accommodation, airport transfers and flights. Researching and considering
all cost-effective travel options.
Maximising cost reduction opportunities, utilising preferred travel provider
Prepare international travel itineraries.
Screen phone calls, take messages and disseminate to relevant fee earner
Prepare and revise documents including letters, emails, spreadsheets and proposals.
Sense check all communication and documentation and ensure they comply with brand policies.
Facilitate all logistical arrangements and attend events as required, proactively ensuring relevant documentation
Monthly billing - fee preparation and processing as required.
Prepare and submit timesheets, as required.
Collate and process expenses and invoices ensuring compliance with policy and approval process.
Chargeable time - meet chargeable time target (understanding this forms part of the performance assessment).
Proactively offering help to the wider team when time / capacity permits.
Attend all team meetings.
General administrative and project support
Ideal candidates must have the following:
Experience working as a senior secretary, supporting a portfolio of fee earners (partners / directors) in a fastpaced,
The confidence to engage with senior / high profile fee earners and clients.
Attention to detail.
High-level of organisation and communication skills.
