This opportunity will involve predominantly inbound sales through our various selling platforms, enquiry management – phone and email, and front of house (face-to-face) sales. There may also be stock control and listing responsibilities as well as administration on all levels to help support other areas in the business including dispatch, data control, social media and multimedia related tasks, although these will be secondary to your main sales responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inbound sales enquiries through a variety of online channels, providing a prompt, consultative and knowledgable sales approach.
  • Responsible for providing a high level of service and a consultative sales approach.
  • Developing a deep knowledge of all incoming sales/marketing platforms and providing creative ideas to drive proactive sales.
  • Supervising and providing support to more junior members of the watch sales team.
  • Coordination of content management systems relating to sales including inventory management, listings, trade sales & development, and other related responsibilities.
  • Maintaining the highest levels of presentation & customer service on Xupes and developing ways and means to improve these.
  • Joint responsibility for keeping the showroom displays up to date and organized ready for clients.
  • Working closely with senior management to develop cross-platform sales.
  • Assisting in purchasing responsibilities and involvement in Jewellery.
Desired Skills & Experience:

  • You will have a strong consultative sales approach
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication skills with experience handling calls.
  • Experience in a sales role with luxury watches or jewellery specific experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Working well as part of a team.
  • Possess a passion and appreciation for luxury goods, and a desire to be immersed in a world of Interior Design, Antiques, Fine Art, Watches, Jewellery and Fashion.
  • Good presentation for the front of house responsibilities.
