An opportunity has arisen for a guardian of this brand in the capacity of an experienced Senior Sales Retail Associate or Brand Specialist in London. The team is fun, vibrant and take pride in fashion. They instil our core values at Selfridges and work together to meet goals.
This opportunity embodies creating a memorable experience for our clients, from styling by using your creative flair and understanding their individual needs, to building a relationship so that you are front of mind to address their fashion requirements as and when they reappear.

Core aspects of your role will include

• Supporting the management team and ensuring the team are set up for success so that you collectively meet sales targets
• Providing regular training across the team on collections, new trends as well as highlighting the unique selling points of your products
• Merchandising your shop floor in line with Selfridges and Self Portrait guidelines whilst using your personal finesse
• Running stock takes and monitoring stock loss
• Writing weekly trade reports
• Coaching and inspiring the team around you as well as working closely with other Brand Specialists in your department

There is opportunity to build strong relationships with other departments, like Visual Merchandising and the buying team as well as the wider business.
