A leading independent Estate agent are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator for their branch in Finchley, North London.

Purpose of the role:

- To assist the Sales team in the smooth running of the department and its ongoing success.

- To liaise with clients on a regular basis regarding their requirements and provide a high quality service at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Regularly liaise with applicants, Buyers and Vendors in relation to their requirements

- To match suitable properties to Buyers requirements

- To arrange and attend property viewings

- To negotiate offers

- To generate new instructions and business

- To arrange Viewings and valuations

- To meet set targets

- Administration

You will ideally have minimum of 2 years experience in the property industry and have the ability to win and cease new business opportunities.

- Genuine enthusiasm for the sales industry

- Well presented

- Professional

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to build rapport with all types of people and generate new business.
