Senior Sales Negotiator

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to assist in the growth of the department by developing new leads, market appraisals and managing a busy desk.

The successful candidate will be a bright and confident character with a passion for people, initiative, a 'can do’ attitude, with lots of energy.

The role:

You will need to have experience in an estate agency environment, either in a similar role, or be ready to take the next step in your career.

You will be motivated with the ability to motivate and drive the team around you.

Ability to develop new business opportunities in Estate Agency and cross sell across the business

Excellent track record in estate agency

Excellent networking skills

Preferably knowledge of the local property market

The will to ensure all legal and company standards are met

Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service

Full driving licence essential
