As a successful Sales Negotiator, you will deal with all aspects of property sales; dealing with enquiries, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage appointments, negotiating sales and progressing them through to completion with strong focus on delivering a high-end customer service.
Our client is seeking a tenacious, charismatic and ambitious individual who has proven experience as a senior sales negotiator, who has a natural flare for negotiation and can demonstrate exceptional influencing skills. Individuals with previous experience in a sales or customer service focused role working within a pressurised/target driven environment would also be considered.
- Ability to build a rapport with ease
- Experience as a sales negotiator or within a sales target driven environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Immaculate presentation
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter with the desire to succeed
- Outstanding negotiation and networking skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

You will have the opportunity to earn a significant salary from a basic of £18,000 with an OTE of £30k plus within your first two years. The company is looking to grow, train and develop the right individuals into a graduate management scheme with a clear vision in developing you into managing a branch within a two-year period.
