?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of residential property listings
  • Conducting viewings, valuations, and market appraisals
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Progressing sales through to completion
  • Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Supporting and mentoring junior negotiators where needed
  • Actively generating new business opportunities
?? About You:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential sales
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Local knowledge of Morden and surrounding areas preferred
  • A proactive, positive and professional approach
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
