An exciting opportunity has arisen within the company for a Senior Sales negotiator. This is a varied and challenging role for an enthusiastic and proactive individual.
You will be responsible for the whole Sales process and duties will include:
- Proactively look for new business opportunities
- Value Properties and Bring on new listings
- Register potential buyers and match to their needs
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Liaise with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Close deals
- Achieve pre-agreed targets
- Organizing the days diary
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and hospitality at all times
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estate agency and be familiar with the local market.
To be considered for this role you must hold a full UK licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Hours of Work - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 Depending on experience, £35,000+ OTE
