EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a boutique independent estate agency located within prime Central London to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to deal with areas such as Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea. An ability to deal with High Net Worth Clients is essential and knowledge of the Central London areas. You will be working closely with two directors on Residential sales and have the opportunity to work with property investors/developers to help source and sell their stock. You will be heavily involved in generating new instructions and building strong relationships with clients. The role offers a very lucrative package and the opportunity to build your own department in time.
Dealing with Residential sales
Identifying potential buyers requirements and matching them with the right properties
Building strong relationships with investors, landlords and property developers
Generating new instructions for sales
Conducting property valuations
Working closely with the directors on targets and new projects
Working towards progression to Sales Manager
Representing the company in a professional manner
3 years + experience in property sales
Strong track record of winning new business
Thorough knowledge of the sales process
Ability to deal with HNW clients
Must have a positive and outgoing personality
Knowledge of the Central London market is preferred
Ambitious and focused
£25k Basic salary + commission
Competitive commission structure
Attractive working hours and no weekends!
