SENIOR SALES MANAGER - SLOUGH - UP TO £30K BASIC, UP TO £60K OTE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Slough for a Sales Manager, within our clients well established Estate Agency in Berkshire.

In return, our clients can offer a basic salary of up to £30,000 DOE with on target earnings of £60,000

Key Skills:

• The position will require a professional and articulate individual with the ability to lead by example and offer a high degree of customer service and possess a proven track record in property sales.
• You will have a desire to coach and develop your colleagues and ensure they always have clear goals and an understanding of the business needs.
• You will be target driven with the ability to win new listings together with excellent people and communication skills.
• Ideally you will have at least 5 years valuing experience.
• You will need a full driving licence
• Strong leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to sales progress property transactions and sell homes to potential buyers.
