Key responsibilities and experience-
Ability to manage a large In and outbound sales team
Experience of driving a balanced culture between sales and customer Metrix.
A full understanding of regulations around incentives and ability to drive sales in a regulated environment
Previous experience of Implementing new systems, Incentives and culture transitions
Ability to Manage change, drive continuous improvement and transformation
Excellent people management skills ideally attained in a sales/service environment
Excellent motivational skills with the ability to inspire/coach others
Team player - builds strong networks
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Stakeholder management and presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills - seen as a 'People Person'
Delivers good internal customer service
Capability, Knowledge and Experience-

Salary - Circa 55k + benefits
