The Opportunity

We are working exclusively and confidentially on a Head of Sales position for a large scale Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket operation. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading business within the Commercial Vehicle world for the last 40 years. The business’ philosophy revolves around providing the highest quality parts with unrivalled customer service, resulting in a customer base stretching 150 countries - making the business one of the largest suppliers of Commercial Vehicle spare parts in the Independent Market.

For this role you will have an established background, experience and knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle Industry, as the key strategist in developing the business you will have exemplary skills in business development, customer relationship building as well as adept negotiation and closing ability.

You will be an effective coach and mentor with responsibility for ensuring the successful operation and performance of the sales team through strong leadership, commercial acumen and the tenacity to succeed.

This is a part field based role with National responsibility.

Profile

Minimum 4 year’s experience in a sales management role (background Commercial Automotive Industry and B2B is a plus)

Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

Proven leader with successful track record
