With 35 years’ experience in the UK’s commercial property market, our client is proud of the quality of delivery in their fit-out projects across the country. They design and deliver outstanding office designs for their nationwide client base.
You’ll be joining the new business team to add an extra 20% to this year’s revenue. With a strong track record along with a huge existing database and a networking team generating new leads, you’ll have plenty of ammunition to drive that growth. Quite simply, your role is to speak to decision makers at companies considering a re-location or a re-purposing of their existing offices. Perhaps you have discovered that they have a lease break in a year’s time and you know that they’re currently looking at new office space. Find those decision makers, introduce what you do and book time in their diaries for your project team to meet them.

· Knowledge: At least 2 years’ telesales experience within commercial property; a track record of generating new business over the phone and booking appointments.

· Skills: Tenacious sales style; credible and articulate over the phone; Authoritative and credible when dealing with senior decision makers.
· Habits: Well-organised and proactive in uncovering new business opportunities.
