UK Platforms are a specialist acquisition to HSS Hire, who are a nationwide leading tools and equipment hiring company. UKP provide and maintain a broad range of powered access equipment including boom lifts and scissor lifts, and have built a strong commercial relationship to supply to the construction industry, events, and public sector contracts across the UK. The business also provides training courses nationwide.
You will be the face of our business and the front line of our customer interaction, ensuring their every need is catered for and every question answered. After all, it is our great customer service that really sets us apart from the rest.
A regional account coordinator is based in our branch but will spends their time mixed between meeting customers on sites and in offices with the confidence to grow business and accounts and will support the branches around them in achieving sales goals, so they truly work as part of a team whilst having an opportunity to demonstrate individual flair.
So what will you be doing?
Handling customer queries over the phone, email, and face to face
Embrace sales initiatives across the hub, building strong customer relationships and maintain a high standard of branch presentation and service.
Maintain professional standards of product knowledge and providing support to our customers looking to get the right product
Achieve and maintain stock levels and availability, liaising internally with our logistics network to ensure 100% customer satisfaction from order to delivery
Be a key driver in serious about safety by leading from the front
