Senior Sales Consultant
Due to the success that Adia have had, we are looking to build a team in Birmingham and are recruiting for a Senior Sales Consultant.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, your role will be to assist in building the team, oversee the day-to-day management of the team and motivate the team to work towards achieving targets.
You will be targeted on clients acquired in all sectors. Even though there will be sales targets, as a Senior Sales Consultant you will strive to exceed these targets and motivate the team to achieve their targets. The focus will be on new business.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, your role will include;
*Deliver the sales strategy in line with the company's objectives to ensure continual growth.
Build and motivate the sales team
Report on financial and KPI's
*Take the lead in sales opportunities, cold calling, visiting and demonstrating the app to clients.
*Use the target's as success signposts and provides your stats for monitoring and feedback on successes and improvements.
The successful Senior Sales Consultant will have experience in leading a team, B2B sales, be goal orientated, innovative and be a creative individual with strong organisational and project management capabilities. You will possess effective communication skills and have the ability to build influential relationships, whilst delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
