Senior Sales Assistant - Luxury Jewellery brand

Are you a good communicator? We are currently working with a luxury jewellery brand that has established itself as one of the world's leading jewellers. They are known for their beauty and versatility. They currently stock in some of the most prestigious stores and retailers across the globe.

This exciting role as a Senior Sales Assistant you will be responsible for bringing in new sales, build great relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat orders.

The ideal candidate will be positive in character and highly proactive, who is target driven and can work under pressure to deliver outstanding, world-class service at a pace.

Duties will include:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language and fluency in additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.
• A true passion and understanding of the high-end jewellery industry
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and also the patience to work through longer negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team.
• Deliver an unforgettable customer journey, by showing your product expertise.

What you will need:

• Build, maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Previous experience working with luxury jewellery or clothing.
• You will have 3+ years’ sales experience in a customer facing sales role.
• You need to be a good communicator, an organised individual, a problem solver, have a passion for sales, show initiative and have the ability to work independently
