My client is looking for a dynamic Reward Consultant to join the team. About the Role

As a Reward Consultant, you will:

  • Collaborate with clients across industries to design and implement effective reward strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Lead and support projects related to pay equity, executive compensation, and total rewards frameworks.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, offering tailored insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of trends and legislation in the rewards and benefits landscape.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in consulting and reward - ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Expertise in compensation strategy, market benchmarking, and reward systems design.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
