Residential Children's Home - South Essex - Senior Support Workers required
Your new company
This home provides specialist Residential Care and Education for Children aged 8 to 17 years old offering the highest level of therapeutic care and educational support to young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Your new role
You will be shift leading and supervising support workers in a residential setting. You will maintain an ethos that is attachment based, humanistic and integrative, understanding the early impact of early childhood trauma. You will help deliver a range of different support to young people.
What you'll need to succeed
As well as experience of working in a similar setting, you will be passionate and enthusiastic with the ability and skills to support young people and make a positive difference to their lives. A level 3 children care qualification is preferred, but not essential.
