Your new company is looking to expand! Currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to join the team and assist with the running of this 3 bed home.
Your new role
Your new role will be to support the children and assist them with their day to day lives, promoting independence and develop life skills. You will work 8 shifts over a 4 week period, shift times are 09:30am until 11:30pm plus a sleep in.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a good listener and be able to engage effectively with other members of staff. Have a positive outlook and motivate when participating in activities. You will have a good level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel and using emails. Preferable have Level 3 In Children's Residential Care and Young Peoples Workforce but not essential.
