A residential children's home in Enfield is looking for a new member to join a lovely passionate team supporting a young girl that is high-risk, struggling with EBD between the age of 10 to 14 years old. The young girl had hurtful and traumatic experiences in her young life and is now struggling to regulate her emotions and behaviour. If you have a few years of experience in supporting children and young people within residential setting, this role might be for you. About the role:We are currently recruiting for Senior residential support worker -no sleep-ins that will join the day-time staff in bringing joy and positive change to the life of the young girl. This post is permanent contract or locum contract, whichever you prefer, full-time 37hours/week. The shifts are during day-time between 7.15 to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm. Being a senior residential support worker -no sleep-ins, your main goal is to offer constant love and unconditional positive regard to the young person and conduct support plans holistic to her individual needs. As a senior residential support worker -no sleep-ins, you will be joining the largest charity in the UK that basically built the foundation of residential social care services for children in the UK. Willingness to commit to supporting the young person for a longer period of time.
