Your Role: * Handling various residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new builds * Advising clients on residential property law matters * Conducting title reviews and preparing legal documentation * Collaborating with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction What We're Looking For: * You should be confident to run your own files and maintain the high standards of the firm in general. * Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and transfer of equity.
