Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor ready to take the next step within a progressive, national law firm that genuinely values expertise and leadership?

We’re working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing full-service law firms, offering an excellent opportunity for a senior residential property solicitor to play a key role within a well-established conveyancing team, with real scope for progression and influence.

The Role

You’ll manage a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, including more complex matters, while acting as a senior member of the team and supporting junior colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Handling complex sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, and remortgages
  • Providing a high standard of client care and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior solicitors and support staff
  • Liaising with agents, lenders, developers, and other third parties
  • Contributing to process improvements and best practice across the team

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members (or keen to do so)
  • Ambitious and motivated to progress within a large, modern firm

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary of £60,000–£70,000, dependent on experience
  • Hybrid and flexible working options
  • Access to cutting-edge, tech-enabled systems
  • Clear progression pathways and leadership opportunities
  • Supportive, collaborative culture within a national network
  • Comprehensive benefits package including enhanced annual leave, wellbeing initiatives, and healthcare options

Why This Firm?

This firm offers the best of both worlds: the scale, security, and quality of work associated with a national practice, alongside a genuinely people-first culture. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the team, develop junior lawyers, and continue your own career progression within a firm that is growing rapidly and sustainably.
