Pay

*New* £38,468 total yearly earnings (includes hourly pay, sleep-ins and on-call)

*New* Additional £5 per hour on bank holidays

The Forge is a Therapeutic Community working with children who have experienced trauma in their lives. Based in Nuneaton

We are looking for a naturally caring individual who is dedicated to helping young people and children in need to join our team of care superheroes at The Forge in Nuneaton as a Senior Residential Care Worker.

The Forge is a Therapeutic Community working with children who have experienced trauma in their lives.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in children residential care or similar experience is necessary for this role.

· A level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent is desirable for this role.

· This role involves working SLEEP-INS on a rota basis, you must be fully flexible to meet the needs of the children we care for.

· A full UK driving license is essential.

· Aged 21 or over

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis

We invest in all of our employees, and we will provide a full programme of mandatory training for the role as part of an induction and then further bespoke training.
