One of the regions biggest names, with a national presence on the high street, is looking to recruit a Senior Customer Experience and Research Manager on a fixed term contract for c15 months. You'll lead a team of 5 in the design and delivery of customer research that guides strategy across proposition, brand, advertising and beyond ensuring all business activity has customer needs at the heart. As a senior leader in the business you'll work strategically with other departments to shape the business, whilst simultaneously being involved hands-on in the management of the team of researchers managing customer forums, panels, survey design, brand tracking and customer experience measurement. To be considered you'll need to be an experienced team leader with a depth of research experience, be focused on being customer centric and have experience of hands-on managing customer research as well as working with agencies.
·Lead research team in the development and delivery of a programme of customer research.
