Job Summary
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
- The development, management and retention of all client relationships (including private and corporate clients). This will include necessary liaison within the Dolfin Group and the client’s advisors;
- Liaison with other senior stakeholders to determine the range of goods or services to be sold, contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets;
- Compiles and analyses sales figures, prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities and undertakes market research;
- Demonstrating a broad knowledge of markets, products and advice to include investment management, wealth planning, banking, credit and capital markets;
- Actively involved in developing, nurturing and growing client relationships, both individually and as part of a team; including preparing proposals for marketing campaign/promotional events to obtain new clients and providing coaching and guidance to less experienced team members where required;
- Assisting with building a strong network of intermediaries within the market for future reciprocal introductions;
- Demonstrating a strong knowledge and discipline relating to risk management, compliance, anti-money laundering and regulatory procedures;
- Assisting with the on-boarding process for new clients, both within Dolfin entities and with third parties
Skills, Qualifications and Experience needed:
- Degree in Finance or Economics or a related field
- Track record of successfully building a client base
- Experience of managing and handling the needs of institutional clients and individuals/families
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Background in institutional sales, sell-side broker relationship management
- Strong relationship and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic, ability to adjust to a dynamic workload and appropriately manage stressful situations
- Russian language is a strong preference
- Regulatory knowledge, particularly at a local level
- Ideal candidate will be flexible, driven and able to thrive in a team environment
