Senior Registered Nurse

Hatfield Residential and Nursing Home, Tamblin Way, Hatfield, Hertfordshire

£35,353 per annum based on 36.75 hours at £18.50 per hour (Equivalent to Band 6) plus a welcome payment of up to £2k is now available

This is a fantastic and rewarding opportunity to build positive relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues within Hatfield Residential and Nursing Home. We are looking for someone who has good management skills to support staff and ensure that person centered care is delivered. Good end of life care for residents with mental health needs is a fundamental aspect of care delivery in the unit so experience in this area is desirable.

Set in a civil parish in Hertfordshire, Hatfield Residential and Nursing Home is a stone’s throw from The Galleria Shopping centre and provides residential, dementia, nursing and palliative care to the home’s 118 residents. Click here for further information about the home.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Nurse, holding an up to date NMC pin number, to help work with the Deputy Manager and the Home Manager in developing specialist care.Your duties will include managing Care staff, as well as providing high quality nursing services. It is also important to us is that you are a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation.

In return for your passion and commitment, you will receive online discounts, contributory pension from Sanctuary up to set limits, £250 for introducing a friend, length of service bonus, 33 days annual leave which includes bank holidays (pro rata), and most importantly full training will be provided to support on-going clinical development.
