Job Title: Senior Registered Nurse - Ward

Key Details: I am recruiting for qualified Nurse, with experience within Medical and Surgical Wards to work within a Private Hospital located in West Sussex

The Key details are -

Location: West Sussex - relocation package available & free staff car parking

Salary: £24,000 -£37,500 per annum / £12.35 - £19.18 per hour (negotiable depending on experience

Bonus: Annual bonus provided to all nurses dependent on performance of hospital.

Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Shift Patterns: Monday - Sunday as required with business needs and agreed - 11.5 hour shifts night and days.

Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details about the role: I am looking to recruit a Senior qualified Nurse to work within a medical or surgical ward based in West Sussex. As a Senior Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing and ensuring excellent care and support for all patients. you will be responsible for providing and ensuring excellent care and support for all patients. The team you will manage provide care and support for a number of patients. You will be responsible to the Sister & Ward Manager. You will be responsible and accountable for your own practice within the clinical area and for delivering a quality service, ensuring nurses beneath you are also providing similar standards of care at all times and will be expected to participate in implementing and evaluating change using current research, audit and experience.

Person Specification: to apply for this role you must hold a valid NMC PIN with no restrictions and a clear DBS check. For this position you must hold Acute surgical & medical experience as this is essential. Obtain Sound written & verbal communication skills. Have proven ability to mentor HCA's and Registered Nurses. Have proven ability to work in a team environment and independently. As a nurse we require you to have flexibility & adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
