My client, a specialist technical recruitment agency, based in north London are looking to recruit consultants at various levels of experience.
This agency’s main focus is the Software Development industry and their approach is a partnership model, working exclusively with several clients and adopting a meticulous headhunting approach rather than sending the same 10 CV’s that other agencies can provide!
The business was founded in 2010 and as such have an extensive network of IT and Engineering talent within their reach. Rather than a traditional purely KPI driven environment the firm believes in empowering consultants and working with them to become experts in their niche markets.
Senior Recruitment Consultant - The role?
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you would sit in the middle range of experience within the business. The firm work a 360 model however, as mentioned above, they have a large client base of exclusive relationships for consultants to tap into.
As an experienced recruiter yourself, I won’t bore you with a list of responsibilities but again, would emphasise that the focus is on headhunting passive talent and "working the candidate" as opposed to sourcing through job boards and advertisements.
