Bringing experience and ideas into a team to develop the existing client base and grow the client base with new business. Manage accounts and make an impact on GP in all areas being responsible for quoting and issuing proposals to competent level.
Positively influence clients and colleagues to lead by example for personal and professional development. Engage candidates via all modern media to ensure client needs are met and candidate quality is the best the market has to offer.
Ability to present PowerPoints is always an advantage, but complete bulk registrations and interviews would be required.

Business development focused, organised, personable and honest. So we are looking for somebody who has excellent rapport building skills and is comfortable dealing with people at all levels. To have good business acumen and think of solutions quickly is essential. Knowledge or the sales cycle and excellent telephone canvassing skills are essential too. Tenacity and consistency is a must.
