Our exciting growth plans mean that we are looking for Recruitment Consultants, at Senior or Principle Recruiter level, and if you are looking for that next step we will work with you to build your own team and join the team as a Recruitment Team Leader. We believe strongly in empowering our recruiters to collectively achieve our goals.
What will you get?
*Uncapped bonus / commission structure, ultimately there is no limit to how much you can earn
*Hit 135% of your annual target and you'll get 3 months of your salary as an extra bonus
*Regular incentives - it's rare that we don't get a treat on a Friday. In the last 9 months we've had around 2,000 slices of pizza and 48 early finishes
*Flexible working hours between 07:15 to 19:00
*Free car parking
*Flexible dress code, you choose - smart or smart casual. Except on a Friday, when everyone comes in casual dress

*Continual investment in systems to help you make more money - such as LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Accounts and Bond ADAPT. As well as external coaching, college led leadership courses and an in-house training programme

*A Recruitment Support team to help you with all of the day to day administration of your job
*Team Leaders will join with the full support of the management team to build a team and their own desk
