We are looking for a highly successful recruiter to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. This is a role for someone who wants more from their career than a good salary and commission (though you'll get those too!): this is an opportunity to be part of an overall mission; to play a crucial role in decision-making and business success, and to establish yourself as a future leader and inspiration to your colleagues.
This is a 360-degree role, and you will be involved in the whole of the Recruitment process- from winning new business and managing your accounts, to guiding candidates into new roles. You will:
- Market-map to identify target candidates and clients.
- Forge successful relationships with clients and candidates.
- Attend client meetings.
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates.
- Be instrumental in running the Venatrix Assessment Centre.
- Manage successful candidates through the job offer process.
- Offer post-placement and customer success support.
- Work towards specific targets and goals.
