We need senior recruiters and managers to join us on this journey. We have very high expectations and are not interested in hiring average billers. We have a very successful academy model that is proven to be able to turn zero experience into £200k+ billings pretty quickly. In experienced people we need self-starters with a client book, the desire to push to the next level, and the ability to add incremental value in terms of strategy ideas, leadership, and vision.
