- You'll have at least one years experience as a 360 consultant and have sound working knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.
- You'll have proven experience of building your own market, and thrive off the challenge.
- You'll have bundles of ambition and be great at forming meaningful relationships with candidates and clients alike.
