Our BCE business (Building, Construction and Engineering) provides white collar recruitment solutions to clients across the construction, civil engineering and facilities management sectors. Reporting to an experienced Managing Consultant we have an opportunity for an experienced construction / technical recruiter to join the team. Taking on a hot perm desk the successful candidate will benefit from a warm handover of existing business.
The core requirements for this role include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrable experience within a construction recruitment business
- The ability to develop new business as well as grow existing account
- The motivation to go the extra mile for clients and candidates
- The ability to develop strong relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues alike
- Full UK driving License
Consultants at all levels will be considered in line with experience, commission is uncapped with top performers earning significantly above OTE.
