We are looking to recruit a bright and ambitious senior recruiter who is a self-motivated person and would like to join a small friendly team. You will be running your own desk for permanent and contract placements and would have a minimum of three years’ experience within the secretarial / office personnel and business support sector.
You will be responsible for 360 degree recruitment from the initial meeting with clients, actively resourcing the right candidates, interviewing and short-listing, arranging client interviews, referencing and negotiation to the final placement and follow up.
You will have a proven track record of hitting fair monthly targets, you will be able to "hit the ground running", client focused at all times with excellent service and masses of common sense. You will have a can-do attitude, be able to priorities and manage your time effectively.
Applicants will have a proven business development success in recruitment and keen to take on new challenges. You will be able to reach businesses that are recruiting and engage with them. Know their requirements and supply the highest quality of staff in order to become a preferred supplier and have a natural ability to build and maintain business relationships at Director level and with HNWI.
As we recruit for the secretarial sector, excellent spelling and grammar is required, with a clear speaking voice, competent with MS Office and proficient IT skills and 40+ wpm.
Base salary of £30,000 - £36,000 depending on experience and contacts
Minimum OTE £45,000 - £55,000 but easy to earn £70,000 plus for a motivated consultant
