Due to market growth we are looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager to join our upcoming Sales business in London City.
Your new role
As a Senior Consultant / Manager your job will involve managing the end to end recruitment process from both a candidate and client side recruiting business developers into Professional Service firms within London. You will be winning new clients and nurturing existing relationships, increasing your market knowledge and industry expertise. You will network and build contacts over the phone and face to face, consistently hitting your KPIs and increasing your personal brand. In addition you will manage a team of Consultants and ensure team targets are hit, along with taking an active strategic role in growing the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of the full 360 recruitment cycle, along with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will have experience of managing a team of Recruitment Consultants and ideally have a network of candidates and clients within Professional Service firms.
