We are proud of our ability to develop talent from within. But we are growing so fast we need an experienced logistics and supply chain leader who is ambitious to achieve more and join an industry leading business that plans to grow throughout the UK and on an International stage.

We are looking for a manager, team leader or senior consultant specifically covering:

  • Logistics
  • Supply Chain
  • Distribution
  • Warehousing

So, this is where you come in.

You GET recruitment. You know what we mean. You understand the highs and the lows of the job and how the highs far outweigh the lows when you get it right. you will be focused on those long-term relationships because you know, that candidate you let down after their final interview two years ago may well be a future client.

You will be looking to step your career forward, into a management role. But, we understand that is not everyone’s cup of tea. So, if moving into a bigger space, or developing business is your bag then that’s cool also.

With some very experienced people around you led by Alex and Martin, they will give you all the tools you need to be confident in the role and make it a success. Yes, we think we can make you an even better leader!

Some things we can’t teach you though. You will need to show some real grit and determination - but you will have that in buckets, otherwise, you wouldn’t have been successful in your recruitment career already. You will be forward thinking and understand that the more you put in, the more you get out. Our offices are full of positive, straightforward people, and we want you to fit into that.

Salary: £30,000 to £60,000 plus bonus
