This role is hot off the press and would suit someone that is currently working in a generalist role and wants to move in to that specialist market and focus on HR.
If you have placed some HR folks already while you have been running your commercial desk that's great so you'll have some understanding of the niche. If you've been recruiting for a year + within the commercial sector you'll also no doubt have been building your HR network with the companies that you have already been dealing with.
As a 360 Consultant in this business, you will come in to a warm seat and be working with some existing clients recruiting and you'll also need to build new business in order to grow - so you'll need to wear both hats well in this team.
