Senior Recruitment Consultant- Facilities Management

Harrison Sands have a fantastic Leeds based opportunity open for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team with a leading built environment specialist recruiter and grow and develop a warm permanent Facilities Management desk. Our client have been operating for over 20 years and are a recognised and respected supplier within both private and public sector. Our client are offering you -

  • Basic salary of up to £35,000
  • Excellent package
  • Car allowance options
  • Realistic commission of around £30,000 per annum

Due to ongoing success within the team, they are looking to split a Facilities Management desk and as such are able to offer a desk with live clients and further database clients to contact as well as a pool of database candidates to source from, as well as having access the all major job boards.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with at least 3 year's experience of recruitment within an agency, and specific experience of having recruited permanent staff within the built environment. All applicants must be able to evidence their billings and examples of client development on their current desk. Our client are able to offer a true long term career path, supporting any training and development you may need and as such are looking for consultants wanting to settle within an agency with the ability to self-manage.
