Senior Recruitment Consultant - Commercial

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking to run their own desk and work in an adult, non KPI driven business?

Carlton Brookes are working with a well established business who have a very successful temps desk within the Commercial sector (office support roles) and are looking for someone to focus on the permanent side of things. You will either be comfortable starting up a desk from scratch or will be able to bring clients with you.

The role will be working in an open plan office where consultants are hungry and self motivated. There is a very low staff turnover within the office and look for people who have a stable background and want to manage their own desk.

My client has an approachable manner and a fun, casual office and looking for someone who is wanting to work in an environment like this. Flexible working is an option and working hours are 8.30 - 5.30 (no late nights!)
